The Sussex MS
Centre is an entirely self-funded organisation. We rely on donations and
fundraising events to stay open and offer our vital services to people with MS
from all over Sussex. If you have a shop, café, pub or office where we can place one of our
collecting boxes, please contact us by e-mail
or telephone 01273 594484. If you would like to make a donation (and you are a UK tax payer) you can
make your donation worth an extra 28% by simply completing a Gift Aid
Declaration.

Or perhaps you want to run your own fundraising
event. We all know how important it is for everyone to do their
bit for the Centre – after all it is in your own interests because if we can
increase our giving, the suggested donations for treatments can be brought down. We are currently investigating ways to tap in to funding
from statutory bodies. We feel that we relieve pressure on the NHS and care
services by working for ourselves, and so they should acknowledge this and
assist us financially. However, in the mean time, we receive no public funding,
and everything provided at the Centre has to be funded by US! There are always opportunities to help at the Centre.
Supermarket collections are held regularly.
